Do you do wholesale orders?

I not accepting wholesale orders at this time, but if you are interested in carrying small quantities of one- or few-of-a-kind pieces from me, feel free to get in touch.

Do you take custom orders?

Right now the answer to this question will probably be no, but if there’s something that you really have your heart set on and you think I’m the only gal who can make it for you, please feel free to send me a message.

What is your return policy?

If you would like to make a return, contact me within 4 days of receiving your order and I will send instructions. The return shipment must be received within 14 days once your return is approved. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, shipping charges are not refundable, and the buyer must pay for return shipping. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return. 

Bear in mind that each piece is handmade and as such may have subtle imperfections or quirks (as compared to items that are mass produced). I take care to accurately represent colors in my photographs, but since every computer is configured differently, colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. If you have any questions about a particular item, contact me and I will be happy to provide additional information.

Are your pieces food safe? How should I care for them?

Everything is food safe, oven safe, and microwave safe unless otherwise noted. My pieces are dishwasher safe as well, but I strongly urge you to gently hand wash instead. For use in the oven, avoid extreme temperature changes (going straight from the fridge to the oven or vice versa).
