Local pickup and delivery - ILOVELA
If you’re in Los Angeles and would like to pick up your order from me in the Melrose District/Hancock Park area, enter the code ILOVELA at checkout to remove the shipping charge, and I will get in touch after you place your order. Orders over $200 are eligible for free delivery anywhere within a 20 mile radius of 90036. Use that same code and and I will contact you to make arrangements.
Shipping
All US orders ship for a flat rate of $7 (excluding AK and HI - contact me if you are shipping to one of these states). I always try to send out orders as soon as I can, but please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be packed and sent on its way. All shipments will be insured against damage during transit. For expedited shipping, contact me; in all likelihood I can make sure your order gets to you quickly.
To reduce waste and keep costs down, I reuse packing materials whenever possible.

International shipping
If you live outside of the US and would like to make a purchase (thank you!), you have one of two options:
Commit to buy: Select the items you’d like and go through the checkout process. (You will likely need to fudge your address as the checkout is set up for US addresses; we’ll sort that out later). I will calculate the shipping cost, send you a link to pay, and ship your order once that is paid. This is the best option if you’re shopping right after a shop update and want to make sure the things you want won’t sell out while you wait for a quote. Please know that shipping will almost definitely cost a minimum of $20 and may be upwards of $50 depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. If the shipping charge is left unpaid, your order will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
Wait for a shipping quote: Contact me before purchasing and I will send a shipping quote. Be sure to give me your exact address and tell me which item(s) you’re interested in.
If you live outside of the US, please be aware of a few things: Shipping is probably going to be fairly costly due to the weight of ceramic pieces and the need for protective packaging. Any additional fees due upon delivery (taxes, customs, etc.) will be the recipient’s responsibility. There will be no refunds or exchange credit issued for pieces that are damaged during transit to locations outside of the USA. I will do my absolute best to package your order with care (and thus far all of the packages I have sent outside of the US have arrived safely and unbroken) but I cannot assume responsibility for damage that occurs to items shipped internationally, so order at your own risk. I will do everything I can on my end to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner, but it may take some time for your order to arrive if you are outside of the US.
Returns
If you would like to make a return, contact me within 4 days of receiving your order and I will send instructions. The return shipment must be received within 14 days once your return is approved. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, shipping charges are not refundable, and the buyer must pay for return shipping. Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return.
Bear in mind that each piece is handmade and as such may have subtle imperfections or quirks (as compared to items that are mass produced). I take care to accurately represent colors in my photographs, but since every computer is configured differently, colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. If you have any questions about a particular item, contact me and I will be happy to provide additional information.
Damage during shipment
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please save all packaging, contact me within 48 hours of receipt, and provide pictures of both the broken item(s) and the condition of the packaging when you received your shipment. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages; contact the shipping carrier to resolve.
